All products listed in our online catalogues are available for purchase.

Bespoke products may be ordered as follows:

  • Step 1 - Determine the type of timber you wish used.
  • Step 2 - Provide sketch, photo or full description of product(s) required.
  • Step 3 - State the quantity required.
  • Step 4 - Present particulars of etchings if required.

Upon receiving the details and specifications of your project, our design team will fabricate a sample version of each item desired. Following the customer’s approval of each design model, finished prototypes will be exhibited for final authorization before mass production begins.

PAYMENT

Arslan Wood Designs accepts payments via bank transfer or payment on account. If you have any inquiries regarding payment information, please do not hesitate to give us a call.

SHIPPING​

Our experienced supply chain team are dedicated to providing assistance and information concerning the shipping process.

International orders can be shipped by our courier or collected by your own courier at your preference.

RETURNS

There is a 30% restocking charge associated with all returned products. Should you wish to return or exchange any items that you have purchased, please contact our office to confirm the address of our warehouse. You will then be provided with a unique return number so that your return is correctly allocated against your order.
